Due to extra costs associated with last minute attendees, a payment of $40 per person and $80 per couple will be required from all individuals not wishing to pre-pay by July 1st, 2006.

***Morning Golf***
Pre-paid price for the morning golf outing at Kokomo Wildcat Creek Golf course is $42.00 per person.
Your price includes: 18 holes of golf & cart.
***Reunion DVD***
Pre-paid price before JULY 31ST, 2006 for the reunion DVD is $20.00 per copy.
(A payment of $25 per copy will be required from all individuals not wishing to pre-pay by July 31st, 2006 or for purchases made at the door at the evening reunion dinner. )
